Digipine Infotech LLP provides a cloud-based business communications platform named Telixo that enables businesses to manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, and voice from one place.

Our platform is designed for businesses that want to communicate with their own customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

WhatsApp Business Account Integration

Each client connects their own WhatsApp Business Account to our platform.

With the client's permission, our platform may access information required to provide the WhatsApp communication service, including:

• WhatsApp Business Account information

• Business phone numbers

• Message templates

• Customer conversation and message information

• Message delivery and status information

How We Use Platform Data

We use Platform Data only to provide and operate the communication services requested by our clients.

This includes enabling clients to:

• Create and manage WhatsApp message templates

• Submit and manage message templates

• Send customer notifications and order updates

• Send customer support messages

• Receive and view incoming customer messages

• View message delivery and status reports

• Associate conversations with their business contacts

• Manage customer conversations from our platform

Data Separation

Each client's data is logically separated within our platform.

Data belonging to one client is not shared with other clients and is not used to provide services to other clients.

We do not use client Platform Data for unrelated purposes.

Client Control

Clients maintain control over their connected WhatsApp Business Account.

A client may disconnect or remove their WhatsApp Business Account from our platform at any time. Once disconnected, we will no longer access the account through the connection, except where retention is required for legitimate business, security, legal, or compliance purposes.

Purpose of Platform Data

Platform Data is used solely to enable the products and services requested by our clients and to support the operation, security, and reliability of our platform.

Digipine Infotech LLP does not sell client Platform Data or share it with other clients for their own use.
